did you know that red beets have many amazing health benefits? They not only lower your blood pressure but also boost your stamina and fight inflammation. Beets are rich in fiber, vitamin C and essential minerals such as potassium and magnanese.
From time to time I like to prepare this delicious red beet salad with quinoa, celery stalk and apple. I always put a lot of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Red beets go so well with it.
- 4-5 red beets (cooked)
- celery stalk
- lemon juice
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
It is a quick, healthy and delicious dinner for two :)
And remember: EAT MORE RED BEETS!
